The company has set these expectations following a strategic investment in human capital this year through the hiring of new specialized professionals. The expansion of Saima Systems’ workforce is directly aimed at strengthening its development and technology (DevTech) areas, with a special emphasis on boosting the Research and Development (R&D) department and the cross-functional integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
